Endeavour OS, in my opinion, is the best Arch distro that currently exists. I'm biased of course, but my opinion is based on 14 month of continuous use and zero problems. In fact Endeavour OS has helped change my mind about how suitable Arch systems are for brand new users, and I would now say that, whatever your level of skill or experience, the chances are you will get on great with Endeavour. Update it once a week, use the wiki and friendly community to increase your knowledge, and customise it to suit yourself. This video is a showcase of Endeavour's latest release, which I can find nothing to criticise. In summary, what are you waiting for? EndeavourOS is an Arch based distribution that features a well polished XFCE desktop. They also ship other desktop environments and window managers which can be selected during installation. This latest release is the first release from Endeavour since they've started naming them. EndeavourOS Atlantis is mainly focused on technical improvements this time round. EndeavourOS has made many improvements and their welcome greeter is a great tool. Review Endeavour in 2021 and see if it's a great Arch Linux alternative. Arch Linux is an independent Linux distribution that comes with a minimal setup and allows you to tailor the system to your needs. That means you can install whatever window manager or desktop environment you want and mainly to start everything on Arch Linux is done through the Command Line Interface. This is what makes it so minimal because you could technically run everything from just the terminal. Without installing anything else on Arch Linux now this might make it harder to interact with Linux, but it sets you up with learning about the internals.
